1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a cancellation request via email to info@indiantaxplanning.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Refund Time: Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and confirmation will be sent within 2-3 business days.
- Non-Cancellable Services: Once we have started working on your tax planning, filing, or consultation services, cancellation may not be possible. Any request after the commencement of service will not be entertained.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation request is made within the stipulated time and before any work has commenced.
- Partial Refunds: If work has already started but is not completed, a partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of INDIAN TAX PLANNING.
- No Refunds:
- If the service has been fully delivered or completed.
- If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the client.
- For delays caused due to government processing timelines or force majeure events.
- Refund Time: Approved refunds will be Credited within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
3. Amendments & Adjustments
- Clients are encouraged to review their tax details carefully before submission.
- Minor adjustments or modifications can be requested within 48 hours of availing the service, subject to approval.
